Karen is a great Consultant and advocate for 1:1. She is incredibly supportive and motivating and is on hand to provide advice and support when you need it. She sends regular motivational messages via both group text and also personalised support on a 1:1 basis. I cant recommend highly enough. Try for yourself - from my personal experience, I know you wont be disappointed.

I went to see Karen after asking for some information at beginning of August 2019. She talked me through everything then iI went away to digest it all and went back following wk to join. It is the best thing I have ever done. Karen is so supportive to me n everyone else I know who goes to her. She is there at the end of the phone whatever it is you want to know/ask. She is understanding of what you are going thro having done the journey herself. I cant thank her enough for all her help thro my journey so far ... I've lost a total of over 9 st n on my way to 10st now looking at another 2 st which I will achieve through determination motivation n support from Karen. A huge thank you...xx

I went to see Karen getting interested on the products in July 2019.I have always got the best support from her.She is very friendly though professional.I love 1:1 diet and am continuing on the regime.Thanks Karen x.
