Poor customer service and dont bother to communicate information to their tenants. They would rather let tenants know of changes to their tenancy agreement weeks down the line. When approached about not communicating information they dont accept accountability or even respond to emails. Keep up the poor reputation estate agents have with their tenants.

Poor customer service, very rude staff.. I found an advertisement on rightmove by SL homes for a 3 bedroom house for let, l sent the mail by expressing my interest. I didn't hear back anything for 4 days. I phoned them couple of times, said viewing is not started for that property. After a week phoned again and asked, then a lady said landlord found their own tent. After 2 days l sent mail for another property, same story happened again.Poor communication with clients and not trustworthy. Waste of time

Had a viewing in one of their houses for renting, told them I was interested about it and they replied "leave it on us we will be back on u on 2 days to take some information about u so the landlord can choose which tenant to go with for the house". 2 Days later noone contacted me, I called them at least 5 times, no reply, send them email to ask what happened, to get the answer " The landlord decided to go with another tenant". Absolutely jokers.
