Very disappointed in this box its my second one frome here and the first one was great, firstly I was sent the wrong size and payed for the wrong size then it came damaged I told Neil straight away who said he would replace the damaged piece , brilliant I thought but 4 months on I'm still waiting after numerous emails , the fit of this one was shabby and ill fitting compared to the last which is highly disappointing ,still waiting 5 months on for a replacement floor

Ordered from this company a number of weeks ago as came highly recommend. However a week after the expected delivery date still hadnt received what we ordered after many msgs backwards and forwards it was clear the goods were never going to make it to us. Apparently its Covids fault. Full off excuses and promises but doesnt deliver. As a result my now overdue dog has no whelping bed. A full refund has been given but zero time to find a replacement. Id recommend using a different company if you actually need your goods.

My friend is new at breeding dogs, I gave him the details of Steel city and he spoke to the owner and couldn't believe how good the service is. Nothing was too much trouble, the owner helped my friend out with the size of box for a Labrador
