The opening hours to collect parcels for people who work is really not achievable at all Need to open late on a couple of evenings to take working people in to account or give an option for the parcel to be collected from a local shop or post office...

Opens 8 til 2 on certain days of the week? You do realise most people are working so how do you expect them to be there for the few hours your open? Also I love how the card says you can have this item re-delivered you just go online etc so you go online and it asks for a reference number.. a number that is never filled in by the postmen. Fantastic service

Changed opening hours so now the hours dont match those given on the website. 8-10am on a Monday (ridiculous) then 8-2pm apart from weekends. Also to add, the postman has not filled out the ref number on the paper slip so I cant rearrange the delivery either.
