Trianco

Had a replacement boiler through this company and used installers they recommended as so few heating companies and plumbers deal with electric boiler systems. The company they told me to use fitted my boiler illegally with live wires poking out all over the place and a hot water tank with no thermostat or heat controls. I was never left me any paperwork, guarantee registrations or anything. When my heating inevitably failed the first time, I contacted Trianco about this they said there was nothing they could do, despite providing serial numbers for the boiler to prove it's age and using their "recommended" installers. My heating system is now dangerous and I face a huge bill to have the whole thing ripped out and installed properly, all because I bought a boiler from this company and used the installers they told me to use. I have contacted Trianco directly but got no response.

Shocking Attitude, rang for replacement fire retardant rope the quote was reasonable but carriage 14+ then the phone was virtually put down on me, all nice till I wouldnt spend 105! The multi fuel stove has never been any good. I personally wouldnt buy from this company but the landlord did, so if you want quality or good service avoid!
