Tried yet again to get an appointment, told to ring back tomorrow no appointments available. This is a non urgent appointment i am happy to wait the usual 3 weeks but i am told they have no appointments. The problem is i am at work and dont always have the opportunity to make lengthy calls. By the end of the conversation was told to ring 111, which i did not. Thought things were getting better at this surgery but I guess not.

I have just been informed I need to pay 30 for a five minute form filled in by the doctor. At the time, I asked about payment and she said nothing. The form is to access mental health support for someone at University. I had to find it for myself, as no doctors have signposted us to any supporting services at all. After months of begging for help, all we have are antidepressants. Heaven help someone who can't afford to pay for this form.

Worst run surgery Ive ever known do not go here its full of stuck up unprofessional liars because they Are utter useless !!

Great practise, no wait whatsoever and the staff was polite and lovely.
