Jamie provides an exceptional service. Not only are his financial skills excellent, but he is very good at explaining things in ways that anyone without a financial background can easily understand. He is polite, patient, and very trustworthy - he won't take any longer than is necessary to get a job done, but he will be methodical, diligent and accurate, and take the time to make sure that you understand and are happy with his work. I'd certainly recommend him highly to anyone who needs either ad hoc or regular support with any financial matters.

In a word - Jamie is Brilliant! We worked together at a local charity, and within several weeks of his appointment he had managed to get the finances in order, he then went onto produce accurate cashflow, P+L and then budgets. Hard working, friendly, knowledgeable and skilled, Jamie is an asset to any team or organisation.

Jamie came to my office at 7pm to help me get my head around the finances. He was patient, clear, and friendly. He got his head around everything every quickly, demonstrated with explanations, and then watched me do it myself and offered support. He is prompt, efficient, and pleasant. Better than pleasant, he's kind. I felt he'd given me all the time I needed but didn't unnecessarily string things out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

One of the best decisions I've made as a small business owner was to contact Jamie at Amberdene accountancy. He has been incredibly helpful and generous with his time, and charges less than others quoted me. Highly recommend.
