We recently had several team members attend various levels of First Aid courses with Echo Fire and Medical. The standard of the training was very high, the facilities are good and the trainers are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

I just recently finished a FREC 3 course at Echo which I thoroughly enjoyed. The quality of the course was excellent and the instructor was top notch! I feel that I learnt a lot that week. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere made it easy to learn. They actually provide first response and emergency care services which make their experience and knowledge valuable. I would highly recommend this course to anyone. Many thanks to everyone at Echo Fire and Medical.

I've worked at one other private firm for 5 years before finally taking the plunge to leave and come to Echo. Joe kindly taken me under his wing and welcomed me to join the company. I had ZERO progression at my previous place and in a short space of time I've progressed further here than I have the last 5 years of my old place. Echo staff have regular CPD days, clinical days etc. The standards at this place is high and i love Echo for that. The trucks are always stocked up and clean. Colleagues I have worked alongside know their stuff and not just a typical "bum on a seat" this place actually cares about the standards of clinicians and they go above and beyond to keep this up. I couldn't praise this company enough. Echo will go far!

Whilst I type this I am at present on one of your ambulances on the way back with my elderly mother ( she would hate to think I have written elderly as she is only 98) from Wigan hospital to the Stamford Unit, Tameside. I have nothing but praise for the lady crewe that were with us this afternoon. Friendly, chatty but also very professional. They made the journey ( can. I say) even enjoyable even though we got stuck in queues on the motorway. Can I thank them both and hope that if we have another journey to make Stamford Unit book these ambulances again.

This session was great! I felt that our trainer was very knowledgeable and informative and as such, I learned a lot of skills that could one day save a life! I would definitely recommend this course to anyone thinking of getting some Emergency First Aid at Work training!
