I was recommended SEDC services through some friends who had purchased properties around London and they highly recommended SEDC surveying services. I needed a Homebuyers survey completed quickly as the property I was purchasing had some areas of concern and I was struggling to find someone locally that I trusted as I had moved from London to Newbury. I phoned SEDC and Fawad was assigned to help me. I explained the situation and the urgency of the survey and he was happy to help. He scheduled an appointment straight away and reviewed the areas that were concerning me. I wasn't sure of what options I had if issues materialised around the areas of concern and how much they would cost to rectify. Fawad reviewed with me and presented options available and potential costs and stated once reviewed we could then follow up. He travelled to Newbury inspected the property and provided a detailed report the same day. A few issues arose with the property however Fawad spotted these and reviewed costs of rectifying which helped me save some money on the purchase. Amazing, honest, reliable and always willing to help and answer any question! I would not hesitate to use SEDC services again. Thank you again!!!
