I had the unfortunate experience of booking a football session with Dragan. I struggled to find him in Hyde Park, so asked if instead if he could meet me at a famous landmark, which must have been no more than 20 yards away from him. He refused, and insisted I met him in the park. His dogmatic attitude meant that in the end I didnt locate him and missed my session. After speaking to the owner to rebook the session, I learned Dragan told me one thing and told the owner something else, and now he refused to rebook the session. It then took 3 days of battling with the owner of the company to get any money back, with constant accusations of not showing up, despite being at the meeting point, looking for him. I am honestly shocked at how I was treated by the coach. He may have experience, but his attitude needs serious coaching.
