        I love 9Round Walthamstow - the staff have the perfect balance of friendly, encouraging and professional. The 30 minute format makes the sessions perfect for work-from-home lunch breaks, and my fellow 9rounders are always friendly and non-judgemental. I love that there is such a mixture of genders/ages/skin colours/fitness levels who all encourage each other. Give it a go!
