I needed a brand new boiler installed, as my 23 year old (Ideal) Gravity Fed system had given up the ghost. Fed up with repairing the old boiler i decided that i needed a brand new boiler installed. I required the new boiler to be relocated from the kitchen downstairs to the airing cupboard upstairs. I initially booked an appointment with Master Gas London to come out for an inspection of my property and to provide me with a quote after speaking with a very knowledgeable young man by the name of Ed. This company had previously carried out various other jobs for my cousin that owns a couple of rental properties in the area and he had previously mentioned to me that they were a fantastic firm that are reliable and trustworthy. Tam arrived at my house on the appointment day at the agreed time and walked around my property both inside and outside in order to price in the work. Tam stated that the job would take a total of 3 days to complete from start to finish and went on to provide me with all of the information that i needed in order to make a decision that best suited my needs, while at the same time taking the time to answer all of my questions without any hesitation. The next day, Tam sent me an email with my quotation. He provided me with a complete breakdown of the costs for the boiler and the parts for the job, as well as the total cost of the labour, for two of the team to carry out the work. The format that was used was very clear and easy to understand. I decided on a Vaillant brand of boiler with the extended 10 guarantee, and after contacting Tam the day after receiving my quotation, we both agreed on a starting date for the commencement of the work for the following week. Tam and Dave arrived promptly and on time and laid out clean dust sheets throughout my property before starting work. They both proceeded to work solidly, non-stop for 3 whole days to complete my boiler installation. Master Gas London installed my boiler to a very high standard and they were always very helpful and easy to talk to throughout the process. It was honestly an absolute pleasure to have them work in my property. The entire team were highly professional from beginning to end. I cannot speak more highly of Master Gas London and their team of engineers. I would gladly recommend them to all my friends and family without any hesitation. I have to also mention the brilliant aftercare i received, as they were always very helpful and considerate when answering my quires before and after they had carried out the work. I am not an easy person to please at all, however this company exceeded my expectations.

Great service, highly recommended professionals. Ed was hard working and patient. Answered all my questions via Whatsapp and call even after the boiler was installed. Will be using again for sure.

I had received an extortionate quote from another company and wanted to compare it to Master Gas London. I spoke with Ed and he was so knowledgable and honest. He took the time to explain the different boiler options and let me know the pros and cons of the different boilers. He was very patient and I am so appreciative of the time he took with regards to the choices I could make. It is such a shame I am located too far away to use this company, as their professional response and advice was outstanding.
