I would recommend Stuart and his team having used them recently to lay Altro flooring in our bathroom. Stuart was very knowledgeable and was able to suggest a solution to us that we hadn't thought about. The service from start to finish has been excellent and we are more than happy with the end result. We will definitely use Horizontal Matters again.

We are happy we went with Horizontal Matters and would definitely use them again. Stuart was great - always helpful and clearly knew his stuff. We also couldnt fault the fitting team - Marvin and Mikey. They had great attention to detail and were hard working and very professional. The new carpets really look wonderful.

We are a local nursery and got in toward with Horizontal Matters to carpet and replace the vinyl in one of our rooms. The service we received has been beyond excellent. The team made sure to respond efficiently (this was something as a nursery we appreciated immensely) and provided an outstanding service. They have worked around our routine and worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we needed. We were able to speak to familiar people and those who had excellent knowledge of the job we needed done so we never had to reexplain ourselves which you sometimes get with larger chain companies. The team working with us were very polite and always answered our questions and requests with ease. We'd definitely recommend Horizontal Matters and look forward to working with them again for future flooring needs.
