The Forest Surgery

Absolute joke of a service, getting paid for something they arent even providing. Never pick up the phone, never have an appointment, any kind of service is late. Honestly should just close down! I dont understand why they are open, especially with the cherry on the cake of rude staff who dont show empathy.

I've made appointments that have been forgotten over only a couple of hours by the super rude staff. My partner signed up at the GP just to be told she never signed up. Waiting times are a joke, and they changed management like twice in the last few years. The best thing about this GP is the Pharmacy next door, at least they will listen to you. There's a reason why this is one of the lowest rated GPs on this side of the Thames.

Embarassing practice, they deserve to be closed down as they are. The receptionist doesnt even listen, i called in last week saying i am experiencing nose whistling the guy said he will get someone to give me a callback as theres no appointments, the person who called me on saturday was just to deflect me away & make sure i dont get an appointment. Furthermore, as true big pharma salesmen they made me buy a nasal spray that had no positive impact whatsoever. Inept charlatans
