We contacted James (and his son John) when we were selling our flat and the buyer's survey flagged up a large crack in the brickwork of our eaves. Not only did they come round to quote at the weekend, but we were booked in quickly and they completed the work to a high standard, with no mess, and sent us pictures of before and after. James also went above and beyond by helping us clear out the loft and he also looked at the survey we have had on our ownward purchase. An honest and friendly family company, we will use them again. We recently bought a house and the flank wall was coming away from the house due to the weight of the roof, among other problems. We found James really knowledgable - he was able to quickly identity the problem and provide us with a solution. The work was done to a really high standard, within the timescale and budget he told us, his team were polite and friendly and left everything tidy.
