Recently my boiler became unsafe and I had to get a new one, I used MYK Plumbing & Heating Services after a recommendation from a friend of my sisters. I found MYK plumbing & heating to be very professional. They kept me up to date through every step of the process and gave me their opinion when necessary to help me make a more informed choice. They were efficient and were able to complete the work very quickly. I required a new flue, however I have a slanted roof which would require hiring scaffolding which would mean more expense. The very good natured engineer Yassin tried to get to the flue with a grappling ladder which would have saved me some money, unfortunately the ladder wasnt long enough and we did have to get scaffolding, however I like the fact that he tried at all and it was his suggestion. I am pleased with the work and the overall professionalism of MYK Plumbing & Heating Services, their quote was reasonable, they were punctual, experienced and knowledge. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them for all plumbing and boiler work.
