Probably the worst admin/reception staff I have ever encountered! They solve every patient issue with ring up tomorrow at 8am to book an appointment to which I have caught them red handed (at 8.20am) with an empty waiting room and phones going crazy behind them!!! They don't answer these calls and when I have gone into the surgery which is luckily a 5 minute walk they don't even acknowledge I'm in from of them. Honestly finding grwat admin staff who are actually good and thorough isn't hard to find (easy fix- I have recruited GP nurses and admin staff for years- I will replace them for free!!!!). I had an operation not long ago and I have had to walk to the surgery because you're too inconsiderate and lazy to answer the call you told me to make!?

Doctor Shoaib and others are amazing look after my entire family. can't thank him enough for all the care given to my mum. apps easy to get if visit in person but hard over the phone.
