Lack of vegan food. Bought a banana recently and when I opened it, it was all brown and soft inside. Please throw out, out dated products. Needs more vegan meal deals. Needs more varieties of sandwich fillers. Maybe a vegan option would be nice. It's usually tuna/sweetcorn or egg mayo. Never anything else. I've been to Sainsbury's in Tottenham, and they have nice vegan options for meal deals. Forgot what it was called but it was nice.

While you used to be guaranteed a good range and the regular Tesco brand, in this branch the shopping experience deteriorates every time I go in. STAFF ATTITUDE The male staff in this branch are dismissive, rude and often more involved in their own language conversations than serving or helping customers. They need some serious customer training. Mary and Andreea are the only friendly and helpful employees in there. RANGE OF GOODS This shop doesn't stock much of the basic Tesco range so one is forced to buy expensive alternatives, go without, or shop elsewhere. Prime examples being cat food & womens sanitary products. Possibly due to the same male staff not caring about local shoppers, in particular women. ASSISTANCE Forget that....ask for help, find a wheelie basket? Forget that too unless you ask politely at the cash desk. PARKING Parking around the corner has poor or no lighting, so dark and dangerous! All in all, perfunctory? Possibly. Pleasant experience? Definitely not.

AVOID THIS STORE! Needs new staff as it is very hard to communicate with them. Basic English is not very good. Boxes are stacked up in front of fridges and when I tried to get the product I wanted the staff attempted to place more boxes in front of me. This is an accident or incident waiting to happen. Staff are happy for people to push in front of and let arguments happen every week as the security only seem to be just about part time. The lady that you can communicate with is the only positive about this store as she asks everyone how they are and is happy to tell rude customers about pushing etc. If you go here regularly you know who I mean. Store is always understaffed during busy periods weekdays so would recommend going somewhere else during rush hour or lunch time period.
