Fabulous every time! Karen Burgess is an amazing aesthetics nurse. She is professional, knowledgable, skilled and her treatments are amazing. The clinic is purpose built and pristine - this isnt a beauty salon - it is a skin clinic! Karen is selective in her treatments as she only offers treatments which are proven to work. Her aesthetics work is subtle so you look rested and fresh and her skin treatments literally take your breathe away! I have just had the PRP skin treatment with derma pen and 13 days after I cannot believe how good my skin looks and feels.....I thought the days of having skin which glows like this had passed.....would give this treatment alone 5 stars! Each time I visit I feel my treatment could not get any better, however, Karen exceeds my expectations every time! Skin Solutions clinic really is the only place to visit if you care about how your skin makes you feel. The clinic isnt local for me and my journey usually takes about an hour each way. However for me aesthetics is not about convenience its about putting yourself in the hands of somebody you trust! I wouldnt go anywhere else! x

Karen is AMAZING! If all you do is book a consultation to see how she can help then please do. Karen understands how low you can feel about your skin concerns. She will give you her honest opinion and help you along the way. Karen really knows her stuff and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Karen! X

I have been going to see Karen for 10 years now. She is my guardian angel and saving grace (or should I sat face) She listens to what I want, which s to look as good as poss for my age and not 20 years young! She explains my options in a way that I understand and always puts me at ease. Her knowledge, skills, expertise and professionalism are impeccable and I would not trust anybody else with my face. Can't recommend highly enough
