Took scooter in for service, came back telling me an anti theft lock taken off, but no problem, batteries were rubbing and were wearing through casing, needed new mats and straps to hold them down, front brake pipes were not right, said he would come back and fix battery problem and lock problem. Pipes were OK as they are. Went to shop to see when he was coming, not in, phoned a couple of days later said he would come that week, still no sign, must be three months on. Just hoping his after sales are not as bad as this. As a result I am buying a fold up scooter from another dealer, so hes lost a sale. Very disappointed in him. Very sad.
