Natural stone surfaces gave us an excellant service. Kept us fully informed of dates and times for templating and installing. Very efficient, and there product and workmanship is superb. Certainly would recommend them without hesitation. We are very pleased with the worktop. Thank you for putting the finishing touches to our kitchen.

The team at Natural Stone did a fantastic job. The office team were excellent at communicating all the requirements prior to installation and confirming time slots for the installation date. The installation team were punctual and fitted the worktops with great care and attention to detail. They ensured each worktop was correctly aligned and all silicone finishing was perfect. One very happy customer - 5 stars from me!

We ordered our quartz worktop with Natural Stone Surfaces through DIY kitchens, templating was carried out quickly. We were told that it would need two men to deliver and install the worktop, we questioned this as the quartz was 3.2m x 1.4m and seemed a lot for just two men but we were assured that this was sufficient. My wife was at home for the delivery and I was at work but watching on the baby cam to see how they managed to lift the worktop. When they tried to lift it up the single step into the kitchen one of the men screamed and dropped the worktop, there was no damage to the worktop but a dent and scratches were left in our new bifold doors. When our kitchen fitters returned to finish the job they pointed out that the fitters hadn't glued the worktop down, it vibrates and moves slightly when we use our washing machine. We raised a complaint about the damage and the fitting over a month ago but have still not had a response from either Natural Stone surfaces or DIY kitchens.

Templater Julio was spot on. Very friendly guy and pushed for my worktop to be done within a week which it was. Worktop fitment is good as my walls were not square. The 2 guys that came were friendly and did a great job. My one negative which has not affected this review is the information that is available on the website. Buying from DIY kitchens I would expect there to be some basic information and the option to buy counter top supports if required. For example, for the hob I had to remove all the top supports from my 800 unit. I've fitted metal supports as a precaution, I do wish they had told me they would need removing before the worktop was fitted. The website has no information about supporting the worktop, distances and so on. Thankfully I make a mistake when fotting my kitchen which meant that the adjustments needed to support the worktop could be made. I would recommend this company but I feel like they need to adapt to their customer base a little better.
