Been a customer of these for years , called up for a refill shocked at how much it had gone up 19 to 37.50 my wife stated that she would shop around and hung up the owner then rang back an stated to have a go becausE my wife said she would shop around , to me stating that he doesn't own us as customers and he should do one, we phoned around and found another company ks Simpson, same company but wife didnt know , guy rings up after she leavs a message , to him working out its us and we should find another merchant and to fxck off , I rang back to ask him what he was playing at to him threatening me to come to the site and he will show me , threatening your customer is not the way to go , if your customers don't like your price they don't have to pay that , they have lost a lifetime customer , found it nearly 10 cheaper per bag 10 mins after so he was bullshxiting me , BAD COUSTOMER SERVICE

Great place to go for your fire/stove fuel .Good selection of coals ,logs,kindling etc . Fair prices and friendly staff.
