        Took my shoes in because the soul had come apart. Joe was exceptional. Polite, professional and efficient. He didn't even charge for gluing it together.

        Whilst the gentleman who served me was pleasant and efficient...I found the price of replacement batteries...quite astonishing. 12.50 each? OK they come with a 1 year warranty, but in nearby Eastleigh a battery and a watch clean, is 5.00 and comes with the same 1 year cover? OK for an emergency fix, but in these 'penny tight' days, 25 for fitting 2 batteries seems ... extreme!
