Would not recommend, on the day of collection the courier never showed. I then scheduled the following day and after spending two days at home again no show. Will not be recommending.

Website operation was dreadful. Ive had to repeat every input at least twice and sometimes more times. It has taken me almost an hour to complete one transaction as the website is so incredibly slow & ponderous.

Why are the address bars so long, but won't allow one to type in all the words and numbers???? It doesn't make sense!!! It's nearly driven me mad filling in the online form! Grrrrr.....

Difficult form for a first time sender. Maybe easier for a large company regularly exporting.

No stars. As of 5.4.23 UPS informed me my shipment was lost. Parcel monkey is responsible for doing business with this courier--they took $800 from me and all my stuff is gone. I would avoid booking with parcel monkey. They charge you a lot of money and then give a you a huge run-around if something goes wrong. They promise convenience and professional service but all they did was fleece me. I would give no stars to Parcel monkey. I paid over $800 to send personal items to the Czech Republic from USA. I prepared the shipment per their instructions but still have not received shipment. There are many rules for different countries and Czech Republic requires you to pay sales tax from USA on top of the boatload of money you pay PM. Now my host in Czechia said that they refused delivery at her house. I have been talking to UPS in Czechia repeatedly. I'm due in Czechia tomorrow and I still haven't gotten my books blankets or clothing. What a fiasco. I would never have dealt with UPS or PM if I knew it was going to be this hard to move to Europe.
