What's the point of a post office counter when it is closed half the time. Call to confirm if the counter is open and no one answers the phone.

They keep changing their opening times and then its down to whether they have Post Office trained staff. Another reason why the franchise model is not fit for purpose- the whole point of the coop and other late night retailers taking this on was to provide customers with later opening times.
