        Machines are easy to use .. Had quite a wait at the checkout as they only serve one at a time.

        Do not waste your time going into this so called studio. The guy who works here cannot be bothered to do anything. Been here multiple times to either get a custom passport picture taken or photos printed and every time had to go elsewhere as they either dont have ink and didnt know when the ink cartridges arrive or that the camera battery has drained. On asking when does he think the battery will be charged and ready for a pic the answer was may be 30 minutes may be more. What sort of Studio doesnt have a backup battery. Guess it was just a lame excuse not to bother taking some pictures. Overall a waste of space in Asda. They would rather use that space for some other services that might be useful for the community.

        Twice now, the lady called Soraya has been very rude, rigid and extremely unapproachable. Not at all customer friendly. Should not be in this post.
