Rachel's lovely, and very gentle with my chihuahua who doesnt like getting his nails clipped. When he realises we're going grooming, he runs as fast as he can to her door!

Our extremely nervous 4 year old rescue boy, Buddy has a bite-history and had never been professionally groomed. Over several getting to know you visits (no grooming) Rachel successfully gained some trust and we were ready for the real deal. I was so worried for both Buddy and for Rachel when I dropped him off on THE day but need not have been. Before starting the groom, Rachel took him for a little walk together with her dogs and he clearly thought yup, I like her. I was honestly overwhelmed by how beautiful, happy and excited Buddy was when I fetched him, Rachel has honestly worked a little miracle on our sweet boy and cannot thank or recommend her highly enough!
