From two initial phone calls, being welcomed in the store, and offers to explain and assist in any way, I found all the staff extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The eye test itself was superbly conducted, with clear explanation at each stage. I shall be returning to select glasses as they have a great, well priced selection (no new prescription needed)

Had issues with our booking. A Previous customers appointment overran which meant our appointment was cancelled. Not ideal after traveling 20/30 minutes to store. Staff managed to rearrange an appointment the following day but not the sort of thing that should happen. Glasses seem to be ok.

Disgusting treatment to my mum by optician spoke to her like she was a piece of dirt pulled her mask of her face without asking was shouting at her the guy actually reduced her to tears
