Simon Aston has been an unfaltering source of support & guidance throughout the process of purchasing a new home this year. Due to the unusual nature of the property weve had numerous difficulties identifying the right lender / surveyor, however Simons navigated these challenges with patience and determination. I picked up the keys a few weeks ago and would not have reached this stage without his expert insight. Simon is knowledgeable, supportive, well-connected and tenacious - all the qualities youd want from someone advising you during such an important transaction.

Simon has been incredible throughout our move. He found us the perfect mortgage and talked us through the options carefully to ensure we were completely comfortable with it. More importantly though, he went above and beyond to help our buyer get a mortgage when, 8 weeks into the conveyancing process, he had been unable to secure one with his previous broker. If it hadn't been for Simon, the chain would have collapsed and I doubt we would be in our new house now. Simon was very responsive and completely honest through a very tense time. We are very grateful to him and would highly recommend.
