Cannot recommend highly enough! Jonathan Rees sold my mothers house years ago with such professionalism, they got the best possible price and patiently explained the whole process to her at every stage with such respect for her advancing years. There was absolutely no hesitation who we should choose to sell her current apartment when she passed. And they did not disappoint - in fact they excelled themselves. Far from it - Jonathan, Jas, Wendy and the team negotiated the best possible price, were constantly offering advice and guidance and sealed the deal! Very professional and so friendly. I experienced a first rate service with Jonathan Rees. I dealt mainly with the sales director Jas who was professional and knowledgable of both the area and the market. I could always reach her or colleagues by phone, and if not they would get back to me promptly. They also went above and beyond their remit, for example being at the property when a stairlift was being removed, and going round to read the meters as I lived some way away from the property I was selling. I highly recommend Jas and the team (as well as Jonathan himself!) at Jonathan Rees if you are looking for an honest and professional estate agents to sell your property.
