        Spoke to Steve regarding the compatability between a Horstmann Quartz E7 and the Secure Quartz E7 water heating controller. He put my mind at rest by telling me that they were the same product, plus giving me some company history as well. It was a pleasure to deal with Steve and learn from his sound advice. A very good "Ambassador" for Secure Meters. Highly recommended.

        Called in with a question about my meter. The technical team were very helpful. They could not answer my question fully, explained that they can only give some information as the meters were actually owned and operated by the energy companies. This being the case I would need to contact them to answer my question fully.
