TentBox British Roof Tents

Just got mine. However I hope the tents better than the delivery guys. Bashed the box around then one of them the Asian guy went looking around my double garage. And left saying Ive seen your picture ? What so hes coming back to break into my garage ? Then he went and inspected my Jeep on my drive. Whats that all about ?

Based just on customer service alone I would give 5 stars but the tent is also amazing and so much better than a previous one we bought from LR challenge 4x4, initially we went with a cheaper brand as we couldnt understand why there was such a price jump of different roof tents but after having multiple issues with the tent from the cheaper company (within just 2 months of owning it) and awful customer service we realised why theres such a difference in price. Going to tent box was a night and day difference in both quality and customer service and couldnt recommend them more, Archie was such a massive help and went above and beyond to help us with the tent and any questions or concerns we had. We went for the Classic version and the tent itself pops up so quickly and has completely changed our camping adventures, with handy pockets inside for shoes and storage, along with some fairy lights for the cargo net above. Would highly recommend getting a tent from these guys and thanks again Archie for being so helpful! Nathan

I received my tent box lite without my welcome pack, just a slight oversight I think, but RACHEL dealt with my email very quick and efficiently, she was absolutely fantastic an very easy to talk to she literally could do enough

Despite a few teething problems re stock, I had to give tentbox 5 stars. I opted for the classic and in the last couple of months of having it have been out numerous times, I love it! Customer service is fabulous, professional and friendly. Joe was a huge help pre sales and Lewis was exceptional with after sales. Highly recommend the awning and the down blanket too! Thanks guys.
