Lovely dimmable micro lights, with a remote control, which were a really good price. I had a problem with the set I was sent, as they flickered slightly. I contacted Qbis and explained the what the problem was.There was no query or hassle, I was just sent a new set. Brilliant customer service. I will definitely use them again. Thank you.

We ordered some replacement fairy lights for our wedding barn - when we received them they turned out be a slightly different design from our existing lights, which meant they didn't match. However, Linda went out of her way to find an exact match from obsolete stock - absolutely outstanding service, thank you!!!

Great set of lights with remote control and awesome customer service! I had a senior moment trying to use the remote control and thought it was broken. Emailed seller and had response within an hour (on a Sunday!) with helpful hints to try and apologies for any inconvenience. Tips worked (stupidly pointing remote at the lights rather than the usb connection). Emailed my thanks and had a lovely reply almost instantly. Highly recommend both the product and the seller!
