3rd party claim for a small fender bender has taken more than 6 weeks to resolve. The wrong part was ordered TWICE. Literally the same part was incorrectly ordered on more than one occasion. Apparently back order will mean it will be over 3 months without my vehicle down to pure negligence. I just need a headlight, a simple easily identifiable part which apparently is too complex to get right. Complaint gets pushed from pillar to post. I was specifically told to go with their in-house repair centre for ease and efficiency, its been the absolute opposite.

Unbelievably poor. Disgusted at the lack of customer service and care for my elderly, chronically sick parents who are living in an unsafe space while this insurance company does nothing to progress the promised equipment and repairs unless my mother sits on the phone waiting for someone to answer for 60+ minutes every time. You promise the world Ageas and do not deliver at all. Pathetic.

Appalling company. Mistake after mistake on their behalf and then threaten me with emails after they failed to send me letters detailing what I allegedly owe them after their mistakes. What a bullying, incompetent company. Never again!!
