It has always been awkward when you visit the trade counter, but you allowed it as you got the kit you wanted.
Over the past year the service has deteriorated extremely badly. Its is extremely frustrating when you order and pay for products and get told a delivery date, then for the kit to not turn up or be advised when it doesn't.
You then try to phone and email Lindab, they neither answer the phone, respond to voicemail or reply to email.
After ordering in April we eventually received our bits the 24th June. After calling, emailing leaving voicemail and being ignored for months.
I'm extremely frustrated with the service being provided.
I really hope it improves as I will have to seek another supplier if it happens once more as its now the last chance.
