I have loved everything about DMF so far. The trainers are professional, really positive and encouraging. As an unfit and overweight individual, I have never felt out of place. I have been guided and encouraged to try things out of my comfort zone. The trainers and members alike have all got your back - there is a real team culture and a buzz about the place. I honestly look forward to going every single day!

Wish Id found DMF years ago. Like a lot of people Ive been in and out of gyms for many years and decided to take the plunge and try something different. DMF have an excellent team of trainers who always keep training hard but fun, focussing on form and real progress, plus lots of advice around nutrition and check ins etc to help you as much (or as little) as you want to help you achieve your goals. In the relatively short time I have been there I have seen marked improvements across all aspects of strength and fitness. The other members are all really supportive, encouraging each other and provide a great, friendly atmosphere to train in

This is a masterclass on how to max out you time at the gym... squeeze every last bit of juice out of every session! (if thats what you want?) I never leave feeling bad... always good vibes... good tunes... motivation... support. Of course you are free to bite of as much of the support as you wish, but for me, i wanna work hard, make changes to my body and feel good all week and when im not in the gym too... so i look, listen and take it all on board... I really like that DMF always moving forward too! Upgrading their knowledge base and keeping at the forefront of training and nutrition... DMF isnt your run of the mill group training... this is top end... and utilises a well considered and constructed programme to suit all, whilst being personalised too, so everyone can max out their trainin I dont think theres a better way to start the day... so glad im back!

I have been a member for three months now and I cannot say how enjoyable training is once again. Father of two kids, time is limited. The structured sessions, nutrition advice and support is all you need to get fit and healthy.

Having had 2 half knee replacements and 2 discs removed in lower back I thought I could maintain my fitness myself with occasional cardio and swimming sessions. At 58 I had low expectations of getting really fit again. Three months in at DMF I am a new man. The increase in flexibility I have is profound not to mention how much stronger and fitter I feel. I've a long journey in front of me and I know I'll never be playing football Saturday and Sundays again. However I am in no doubt DMF have given me a huge increase in fitness and health in general . The team have been aware and sensitive to my preconditions in the sessions to ensure I progress my training and fitness in a safe but controlled manner. An unexpected benefit is my golf game had massively improved too!!
