Contacted Navico with a requirement for a no-longer available small part required. They went out of their way to supply us the short wire accessory and posted it to us, AND free of Charge.. Extremly grateful and so helpful. Great customer service. thanks.

Had an issue with my brand new radar, tech office offered to test it for me to see what was at fault. I had a call tye next day to say they had found the fault whuch was in one of my cables and a new cable was supplied. Excellent customer service, thoroughlly recommend them and their products
