steer clear of this company! The customer service is appalling, very rude and very unhelpful. I have been receiving letters throughout the winter and even April saying that I am in credit, I ring to lower my monthly instalments and was informed actually I was in 700 worth of arrears and the letters that I've been receiving were an estimation not a final bill. Absolute joke. If they had told me that I wasn't paying enough I would've paid more, now I'm in arrears! Shocking! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Ive spent over six hours on the phone and been spoken to like I was a piece of dirt on someone's shoe.

Would give this company -5 if I could! Worst gas and electric company ever will rob you blind and when you call customer service they are in South Africa and cannot relate to me as a customer at all! I am paying 11 daily even though I am only in the studio flat on weekends and all they could tell me is that theyre system says its correct yet still Im living with my heaters off and washing clothes in cold water in the bath tub eating dinner at work and showering at work to save electric. WORST COMPANY IN THE UK HANDS DOWN. thank god Ive managed to leave!

Minus million stars, Disgusting company!!!!! they steal top ups and never respond to messages when they answer phone they dont talk pretending they cant hear u or just hang the phone!! Trying to sort money gone from my electric key for 2months now! Absolutely scam!! avoid this scam company!! SHAME ON YOU!!!
