        I always learn so much from HG courses - it's some of the best training around - practical and backed up by the latest scientific research - what's more HG therapy works! I've seen the impact and how quickly it helps turn people's lives around. Highly recommended - the clarity of the human givens framework for mental health is revolutionary, and the understanding of what causes most depression and how to beat addiction have proved immensely helpful. I can't rate their training highly enough.
