Victoriana Nursery Gardens

First order and I am over the moon with my delivery. Perfectly packaged from the outside to in with my little plants wrapped in damp newspaper and inside a little plastic bag then nestled inside shredded paper in the box. They look very healthy and sturdy plants....all I've got to do is look after them well !

Appalling specimens received today at 17.00. Packaging inappropriate and inadequate. Will not be using this service ever again.

i recently bought some plants from this company and was most impressed with the quality of the plants that arrived, in good time and in good condition. It is such a change to deal with an honest and ethical company and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered the climbing strawberry "Rambling Cascade". The order was processed within a few days despite it being high season. The bare roots plants arrived vigorous and well packed with a bit of soil and wrapped in wet paper. The plant count was very generous. The strawberries were outstanding, the two pot herbs which I also ordered were very good. All packed in a strong box and sent fast. This contrasted with me having ordered another type of climbing strawberries from one of the big suppliers. Orders from the Royal household must be treated differently, else they would not keep their badge. I had to ask for a replacement. Victorians on the other hand treated me like a Royal.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE IN GENERAL EVER...... Spent hundreds of pounds on a large order which when arrived delivery note stated "items still to follow" after a month and no items followed (that had been paid for) i emailed the company and after explaining everything i was told there was nothing they can do. I wouldn't buy from thus company ever and i use online companies for seeds and cuttings all the time and never have any issues, normally people who work with plants and nature are compassionate people, well not these at victoriana nursery, zero rating and zero empathy, currently getting refunded through my bank.
