The quality and care on the job, tiling especially is second to none. Good communication throughout, very helpful and knowledgeable. Steve has done all the renovations to our home from extensions, structural changes, heating and electrics, new bathroom, bedrooms, fencing ect. All to a high quality standard and has great ideas from his experience on numerous projects. No fuss, site always left clean, contactable, competitive quotes and highly recommended.

Steve and his team walked out on my job. He has been paid almost all of the invoice for which he quoted. Unprofessional RJR! Be warned fake reviews on Checkatrade so be careful! Threatened to leave the major Reno previously on 3 occasions! But today he has officially walked out halfway through the job. Will take your money, give you a cheap quote then tell you he needs to get paid and he needs x amount to do whatever he claims; his famous line will be were here to make a living. They talk down to you even his half English speaking Whiz is very rude and disrespectful. They try to talk down to you. Such a shame I had high hopes. We tried to be patient bit our tongues, their demands, rudeness and unprofessionalism was unreal- they give you great lip service then all goes down hill. Only use this company if you dont mind risking missing completion deadline and dont mind going broke by the end of the encounter.
