Jayne was brilliant throughout the recruitment process. Very professional, supportive and responsive. It was such a seamless process which resulted in me being offered a position. Unfortunately I had to turn it down due to my own circumstances and Jayne helped guide me through how best to handle this. I would 100% recommend Jayne and Better People as an agency. Jayne emailed me and asked me to call her (no specific time), so I called late morning. Jayne answered the call and I politely introduced myself and said why I was calling (about the role). Jayne responded saying: You're calling on an unknown number I thought you were my GP, I have to go. I said oh Im really sorry, thats fine she said and youve just interrupted an interview I started to apologise and she just HUNG UP!!!!! Absolutely disgraceful phone etiquette, very abrupt and rude response from Jayne. Stay far away from this arrogant recruiter. There are hundreds of well respected and reputable recruiters out there who have manners and respect for others.

I was approached by Lianne After applying for a role and she quickly and efficiently got in contact with me and talked through the role in depth with me and was professional in understanding my experience and needs for my next role. She was extremely supportive and successfully secured a interview for me as well as providing me with advice and guidance pre interview. The role itself was a perfect fit for me and I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to have worked with Lianne and could not recommend her and the company for help when searching for a new career. I just want to say a huge thank you to Lianne for really caring about her clients in what can be a very anxious time for people when changing jobs.

There are two people who have similar names but entirely different personalities Jane, who was very polite and professional and Jayne... the complete opposite. Interview arranged by Jane on Thursday for 1pm next day with Jayne. Jane, at length, extolling my CV credentials and appropriateness for the role I had applied for. I was told that a zoom meeting invitation confirmation would be sent at least 15 minutes prior to the interview. Nothing was ever received and no communication until 7 minutes after 1pm by which time I had taken another call from another agency. I then receive a smugly written email from Jayne saying that I hadn't attended the interview!!!..And that my credentials didn't fit the role anyway!! Almost childish/spoilt in her email. When challenged about her tardiness, she wouldn't accept it saying that she was only a minute or two late. I have read the most recent review about this company and she is spot on about her rudeness. I would add self important and unprofessional to that. "Better People"....might want to rename "Better off looking elsewhere". No doubt she will refute it like the other complaints with some nonsense but I have the evidence here! Don't waste your time with her!!!
