        Used as a UPS drop off, he did not know how the paperwork was supposed to be supplied to UPS for exports, he attached all the supplied documents to the box despite my voiced concerns (one copy should have been given seperately to the driver) this was ignored and consequently I have had severe delays and personal inconvenience dealing with customs to try to get my parcel delivered to the Netherlands. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING IN FUTURE.
