        Excellent service. Very quick. David is very knowledgeable. He was totally honest throughout about what could be achieved with my faulty laptop. He did not charge for diagnostic of the issue and gave the costs if we were to proceed with a repair in a clear way so that an informed decision could be made as to whether it was economical. He wrote a comprehensive summary of the problem and possible solutions. He also dropped my laptop back at my house. All in all I received an excellent service and won't hesitate to go to OXPC in future.
