Very bad experience. Spent a lot of time talking about and being prepared for a role based in Kent. Given the wrong information about my competition three times. Sent for an assessment day that was poorly arranged. The company the role was with had no idea about the interviews or Raw Talent. In the interview I was humiliated by the manager of the role and rejected based on my lack of experience for a major part of the role. Thing is I was never asked if i had that experience. I told the recruited I had no experience of that function. My CV had no mention of that experience. I should never have been sent for interview. They needed to make up the numbers i believe to impress the client. I am not working. I spent out nearly 40 and most of a day for no reason. I asked for that money back but was fobbed off by the sales manager. If you deal with this recruiter make sure that you are suited for the role. They don't really do due diligence. And when you complain about your time being wasted they treat you with disdain.
