Richard is very friendly and puts you straight at ease when going through the recruitment process, he really helped to prepare me for my interview which I was very nervous about as it was a role I had not experienced before and was unsure on what to expect. This really calmed my nerves and helped me to feel ready to go in and smash it. With Richards help and question prep/interview tips I landed the job and have been very happy in my new place of work. Any questions or queries I had Richard was able to accommodate for me and I would highly recommend him and his team!

I came upon Douglas at Elton Recruitment via LinkedIn, and am so glad that he had asked if I were interested in a particularly job role. I pursued with Douglas and Richard and have ended up with a much better employment role thanks to their amazing guidance and support (unlike other, larger agencies I have approached in the past).
