I needed my kitchen floor replaced after a long term leak. Everything was explained to me while the work was carried out. Michael was very friendly and reassuring at all times with any queries I had. The finished floor is level and now very secure. Very very happy with all the work carried out, I would highly recommend Chiltern Building & property maintenance to any one with building needs.

Michael goes above and beyond with his level of professionalism and expertise. I needed to refurbish a house that is nearly 100 years old and I only had a summer to do so before moving in from London. Most local suppliers said to me itd be impossible to get the project done on time and within budget. Michael said itd be challenging, but certainly achievable. It was a pleasure working with Michael and his team. I couldnt be happier with our new home and we might progress onto extending it in the near future.

I have used the company for general maintenance, building repairs, alterations, joinery, garden landscaping, reroofing and tiling.
