    I'm a recreational ultra runner who enjoyed running but didn't really appreciate the benefits of total conditioning. Working with Jules improved my core strength, running form, breathing and endurance. The proof was taking almost 2 hours of my 100 mile PB. Her ability to read the body, spot imbalances and prescribe improvements is phenomenal, and I cannot recommend her approach enough

    I describe Julia as a Therapeutic Pilates practitioner when I rave about her to my friends! I had a serious hamstring injury that I was afraid to stretch and so was not improving. Julia gave me the confidence to start moving it again. It is now looser than I can ever remember. Whilst working with me, she discovered the reasons for other anatomical issues I had come to accept. The improvements in both self awareness and physical mobility have been enormous.

    I have had a noticeable imbalance from my past involvement in elite fencing. I was initially sceptical of pilates and the impact it would have. However, Julia helped me to recondition these weaknesses and progressively realign my posture which has been a huge help with other high intensity sports I partake in. I would thoroughly recommend her classes to anyone seeking a personalised, professional, and friendly pilates instructor regardless of your experience within the discipline.

Julia is very knowledgable about human anatomy and has guided me through the Pilates workout to balance and strengthen my posture which had reduced yhe back pains.
