Great hidden gem of a gym with trainers who work within your capabilities whilst pushing you at the same time. I've had lower back issues for years and recently underwent a few surgical procedures to reduce nerve pain that was limiting my movement. Matt & Rob understood my history and worked out a program for overall body mobility & strengthening that would re-introduce my body to working out. They offered a 6 weeks intro program and my back (&body) has been getting stronger with my posture improving ever since. I feel an enjoyment again when working out instead of the nagging worry I'm going to injure something. I'm signing up for another 3 months to see how much better & stronger I can get this 40 something year old body to be!!!!

What a fantastic gym this is! A great community and motivational place to workout. Everyone is so encouraging and you get first class training program that keeps you on track to reach your goals!

Love it at Co Active, joined the 6 week boot camp & throughly enjoying. Small groups of people for the early morning camp. Highly recommended. Matt & his team are brilliant.

Proper gym with proper equipment in fantastic condition. If you are serious about working out, this is the place to go. I was in the area for a couple of days and popped in for a single session. Everyone was super friendly. They have invested a lot in getting the best equipment here. Would give it 6 stars if I could.
