St Giles Flooring

Couldnt have been any happier with the whole experience with St Giles Flooring! After visiting several other stores I found St Giles Flooring to be the most helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. Ian was was so helpful during the time it took me to make my decisions for our flooring following a complete refurbishment, and certainly made the process so much easier. They worked with us on timelines which was crucial as we were a little delayed with the build. Sam and the team were so professional with the fitting of all the flooring, they arrived on time and just got on with the job while we were at work causing us no interruptions to our day whatsoever. All I can say is that on returning home we were absolutely thrilled with the end result, we absolutely love our flooring!! A huge thank you to Ian, Sam and the team Just to add they were able to do a job for my daughter at very short notice and once again done to a very high standard.

We use St Giles flooring and had the whole house done from top to bottom new carpets new flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had excellent service from Ian and Sam, and many people on our road have used them had the same experience. Thanks great job.

Used St Giles flooring after a recommendation from a friend. Service was great in the shop getting the choice and colour of carpet right. The attention to detail on the fitting is where i was really impressed. Thanks to Sam and the team for all your help, would highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time we have used St Giles flooring. Went to the shop to choose from the vast collection of carpets. Spoke to Ian who was amazing at helping narrow down the choice by asking key questions for usage, pets, kids etc and gave really useful advice too. Came away armed with a couple of sample books to see what would go with our decor...and see what it would look like at night and in the day too. Phoned Ian the next day, who gave me a speedy quote. I mentioned to Iain we were having furniture delivered within a few days and would he be able to fit us in at short notice. Thankfully, he managed to pull out all the stops for us. The fitters, Sam and Stuart, turned up on the agreed day and were spot on with the timing too. They were done in no time at all. Sam and Stuart had done a fantastic job and were very tidy too. Ian phoned the next day too just to check I was 100% happy with the service. I was more than delighted, it looked fabulous and felt so luxurious..and can't wait to book them for the next room to be refurbished. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks Ian, Sam and Stuart for another brilliant job!!
